PlanWorks provides software for planning, forecasting, and reporting on advertising activity, and for sharing plans with your clients for approval. Questions about these terms: privacy@planworks.ai.
You are responsible for your credentials and for activity in your workspace. You must provide accurate registration information and be legally able to enter this agreement.
You retain all rights to the content you enter. You warrant that you are authorized to connect the ad accounts you connect and to process your clients' data in PlanWorks, and that you will honor your own obligations to your clients. The client portal shows each client only the content you share with them.
Forecasts and benchmarks are statistical estimates with stated sources, not guarantees of advertising performance. Decisions you or your clients make based on them are your own.
No unlawful use, no abuse of the platforms we integrate with, no attempts to access other workspaces' data, and no reselling of the service without an agreement.
We aim for high availability but the service is provided "as is" without warranty. We may modify features, with reasonable notice for material changes. You may cancel at any time; we may suspend accounts that violate these terms. On termination you may request export of your data within 30 days.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability is limited to the fees you paid in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing here excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan; disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Amman.
