Email privacy@planworks.ai from your account email address with the subject "Delete my data". We confirm your request within 7 days and complete deletion within 30 days.
Your account, your workspace content (clients, plans, campaigns, files), and all data synced from connected ad platforms. Encrypted backups expire within a further 7 days. Aggregated, anonymized statistics that cannot identify you or your clients may be retained.
Disconnecting an ad account in PlanWorks stops all further data collection from that platform immediately. To also remove previously synced platform data without deleting your whole account, use the same email route and name the account — we delete it within 30 days. Removing PlanWorks from your Meta Business settings additionally revokes our access at the source.
